72-Hour Pre-license

Pass end of course final exam with 70% or better. Submit your application online on DBPR website. Applicants are required to submit fingerprints electronically. Must pass a 100-question state license exam with a minimum score of 75%

60-Hour Post-License

A broker must complete 60 hours of FREC-approved online or classroom post-license education. The license is null and void for any broker who does not complete this course prior to initial license renewal.

Gatsby Amaya

Nery Amaya received his LCAM in 2018. He is also a licensed real estate broker and real estate instructor. Nery has an extensive background in property management, sales, and real estate coaching. His business marketing degree from 2011 led him to also have a solid foundation in business formation and business consulting. 

Nery brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his teaching style for pre-and post-licensing courses. He is known for his energetic and engaging approach, using real world examples to help his students excel in the real estate and community association management world. Nery’s passion for the industry shines through in his dedication to helping others succeed.

An active member of the community, Nery is a proud member of Miami Realtors and Construction Management Certification from Miami-Dade College. During his free time, Nery enjoys spending time with his daughter, reading and networking.
