Gatsby Amaya
Nery “Gatsby” Amaya is a Florida-based real estate professional, licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping students succeed in the real estate and community association industry.
As the founder of A-Lister Academy, Gatsby leads educational programs designed to prepare students for real estate and Community Association Manager (CAM) licensure while also providing practical, real-world training that goes beyond the exam. His mission is to help aspiring professionals build profitable careers in real estate, property management, and association management.
Gatsby is also the principal behind Birch Property Group LLC, a South Florida property management and consulting firm specializing in condominium and HOA operations, board governance, compliance with Florida Statutes (Chapter 718 & 720), and association financial planning. Through his hands-on management experience with condominium associations, he brings real case studies and practical insight into the classroom.
